I do personally consume dairy, but most of my recipes can easily be modified to be dairy free. Gluten Free Salted Dark Chocolate and Browned Butter Tahini Cookies
This is not a basic chocolate chip cookie recipe, it has salted dark chocolate chunks, browned butter and tahini, which elevates it, adds complexity, and helps to balance out the sweetness of the cookie. It’s also gluten free! I hope you guys enjoy them!
